The Knife Professional (www.knifepro.com) is proud to offer one of the best return policy in the business. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase or gift. Any product may be returned up to 30 days from date of shipment from our warehouse, for a full refund, subject to our Return Policy Restrictions listed below:

  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), you can get this number by logging on to your account here. Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, and phone number. We also ask that you mark this Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the outside of the package you send and also include it in a note inside the package.

  • All items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. Credits will not be issued for items that have been used or not in original packaging.

  • Any returns that are sent back to our warehouse without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is for a reason that was the fault of The Knife Professional (www.knifepro.com), for example (wrong product shipped, damaged). Normally if the return is a result of an error by The Knife Professional (www.knifepro.com), we will send you a return shipping label via your email.

  • Refunds that received FREE SHIPPING will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all items returned.

  • Exchanges will be charged a NEW shipping charge at our current rates in addition to any restocking fee for items returned for exchange.

  • Please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the return. Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% resellable condition. You will be emailed a confirmation of your return and credit.
